1.Refunds
1.1. We offer refunds on eligible products within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items that are damaged, incomplete or incorrect must be reported within two days after delivery.(Please take note that we will not grant store credit if such things are not reported on time.)
1.2. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method or can be through any other payment gateway.
1.3. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the product is defective.
2.Returns
2.1. We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.Items that are damaged, incomplete or incorrect must be reported within two days after delivery.(Please take note that we will not accept return items if such things are not reported on time.)
2.2. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless we made an error or the product is defective.
2.3. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items to ensure their safe arrival. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
3.Process

3.2. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund or return. If approved, we will initiate the refund or process the return.
4.Exchanges
4.1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.
5.Damaged or Defective Items
5.1. In the case of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order details and a description or image of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
6.Please note that this refund and return policy applies only to purchases made directly from our store. We do not accept return and refund under the following circumstances
6.1. Delays in delivery beyond our control such as Public Holidays, courier side and customs issues
6.2 Delays resulting from incorrect or insufficient delivery information provided by the buyer.
6.3. Order not received due to the absence of the receiver.
6.4. Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, war, health and safety measures.
